We’ve added a new case study to our website this week. Carliol House is a very fine example of an interwar office building in Newcastle, for which an application has been submitted to demolish entirely minus the façade.
We objected on the basis that it had not been demonstrated that the existing building and floorplates were unviable for office use, as the applicant is claiming.
The application is pending as of the time of writing; find out more on our case study page.
