Augustus Pugin built St Augustine’s Church adjacent to his home on the cliff tops in Ramsgate. It was his most personal project in which he set out his architectural, religious and design principles from which the full Gothic Revival flowed.

Over a period of many years and with numerous grants, Thomas Ford & Partners has supported the parish at St Augustine’s as it has repaired, conserved, and restored St Augustine’s from a building on the brink of dereliction to the glory that it is again today.

Paul is now a consultant to the practice and also a tutor of stone lithography at the Curwen Print Study Centre.
