Join us on Tuesday 17 November 2026 for a free online talk with HB&P’s Secular Casework Manager, Ross Anthony.
What does heritage casework actually look like in practice?
In this talk, Ross will take us behind the scenes of HB&P’s recent casework, sharing some of the interesting, challenging and encouraging cases HB&P has been involved with.
Drawing on recent examples, Ross will explore the issues that can arise when historic buildings and places need to adapt, change or find new uses, and how HB&P works to support sustainable and pragmatic approaches to their future.
As a National Amenity Society and statutory consultee, HB&P provides comments and advice on a wide range of proposals affecting the historic built environment. This talk offers an opportunity to hear directly from one of our caseworkers about the work involved, the challenges that can arise and the difference our casework can make.
This event is free and open to everyone. We do, however, ask you to consider making a donation to support our work championing built heritage.
